Quinton De Kock Announced Retirement From Test Cricket

South African wicket-taker Quinton de Kock announced he had stopped playing Test cricket immediately on Thursday. .

The announcement comes after South Africa's defeat in the first Test match against India at Centurion, where the visitors won by 113 runs and took a 1-0 lead in a three-match series

De Kock, 29, played his first Test match against Australia in Port Elizabeth in 2014. In 54 games, he has hit 3300 runs and 141 high points without conceding, with an average of 38.82 and a strike rate of 70.93.

He is also six hundred and a half years old in the 22nd century under his belt.
