1.Sheristadar

• Vacancies: 01

Qualification

• The candidate must have served either as a Sheristadar of Addl. District and Sessions Judge Or as Head Assistant in the District & Sessions Judge establishment at least for 5 years

Salary

• Pay Band:- Rs. 30,000/-to 1,10,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 14,500/- per month as per ROP,2017.

2.Head Assistant

• Vacancies: 01

Qualification

• The candidate must have served as Supervisory Assistant or a Sheristadar of Addl. District & Sessions Judge or a Sheristadar of Munsiff for 3 years in the District & Sessions Judges Establishment

Salary

• Pay Band:- Rs. 30,000/-to 1,10,000/- with GP of Rs. 13,900/- per month as per ROP,2017.

Terms and Condition

1. The applicants must submit their duly filled up applications in the ‘Standard Form’ of application. A candidate will have to submit 3 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs with white background and photocopies (self attested) of his/her Age, Caste, Educational Qualifications, Experience etc. Candidates will have to produce all the documents/certificates in original at the time of interview, failing which the candidates would not be allow to appear in the interview.
2. There must be a separate application in separate sealed envelope for separate post and post applied for should be conspicuously mentioned in the sealed enveloped.
3. Incomplete applications or documents mentioned SI. No. 1 shall be summarily rejected.
4. Merely satisfying the eligibility criteria will not entitle a candidate to be called for the
   interview/Written Examination/Viva voce etc.
5. Only provisional shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and it will be notified in
   due course of time in the official website of Biswanath Judiciary.
6. Call letter will not be individually sent to the applicants and they have to collect the same from the Office of the undersigned.
7. Applicants must mandatorily provide their contact phone number and e-mail ID (if any) in
   their application.
8. The intending candidates shall submit their application through proper channel including
   experience certificate issued by the respective District and Sessions Judge or equivalent
   courts along with copies of Service-Book, Five Years ACRs with proof of requisite
   qualifications.
9. The selection for the above-mentioned posts would solely be based upon the candidates
   performance in the interview/viva-voce and work experience. The date of interview will be
   intimated in due course of time in the official website
10. The candidates shall appear before the Selection Board at their own expenses. No TA/DA
    will be admissible.
11. Complete application along with all testimonials as mentioned above should be addressed

    through post or may be dropped at “ Drop Box for Application” which shall be placed inside
    the premise of the court of the undersigned.
12. Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify his/her candidature.
13. The final selection will be made on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the
    interview/viva voce only.
